Communist parties are against Deal with America not with any other countries. So if it is with any other country, left will have hand again with Congress. So even it fails with America, India can still purchase it from Australia or Canada. It is only not with America but for any countries other than USA it is ok for Lefties.

You should know 123 agreement has to be made with the USofA and no other.Until this is done no other country in the world will deal with us in nuclear material-not even Russia.

Yes, but with NSG waiver, other countries would come into picture and leading them would of course be Russia and France. They, more than anybody else, would hope for the delay in the US Senet.
