He is the Member of Parliament from Hyderabad Constituency.His name is Asaduddin Owaisi.I think this area is a low lying area called TALAB KATTA.Just around 1 KM from Charminar(Once it used to be a catchment area for water).Now human beings encroached that place,so the water is asking for its share...!!!!
