tolichowki is of NRI colonies, just enquire the market value of tolichowki land, u will know it by urself.....

How about planning in such a way that these pictures don't become every year affair...Remember Climates are changing and it would be wise to plan for the future.....

Really? Apart from dismantling the settlements along the Musi which are encroachments upon the oroginal storm sewer plans, what else can be done to prevent this from being a yearly event?
Raju, before making suggestions, you should take a closer look at the history of Hyderabad. Read upon the post 1904 flood storm sewer construction plans. It'll give you the precise reason for the tragedy.
Hyderabad was prepared for worse rains than these.
