Southwest Airlines ! The Real Nuts!

Did not expect this kind of behaviour from Southwest Airlines.

I wasted lot of money buying the much hyped book on that company - Nuts - and really shocked at their behaviour.

It is all hype in the book. Good to see the gap between image and reality - atleast through this experience

I will be careful not to fly that airline
