KPS Gill should be made the Governor of state. He will equally take care of Mehbooba as he specialise in both handling firebrand mehboobas and terrorists.
Capt. Amrinder Singh should be given the charge of 'confidence building measures'. Ms Aroosa Alam should be allowed to accompany him to valley. That is when other women of that faith will envy and follow her.

In 1984 late Indira Gandhi provided fullpower to KPS Gill alonge with law POTA.One can imagine Is UPA capable to give full power to Security agencies or will care for own vote bank politics.

Yes u r right it was TADA(terrorist and destriction act).but subject was regarding J&K not porkistan.Taliban and some suni terrorists put porkistan and afgan in to stone age.
