These are nothing but clever manipulations by the DAE chief Kakodkar, whose fiefdom stands to be exposed once the deal is signed and competition comes in. Earlier also he made comments like "shifting goalposts" etc.

Kakodkar did it right. I know Howard Berman and Ed Markey. These are two destructive Democrat congressmen to India for any agreement. If it was for Israel there would not have been any objection. They opposed even selling super computer to India. Indians should should tell Democratic leadership to shut the mouth of these two. Democrats are wolves in the sheep clothes.
