It is not an inaugration by a Congress Leader.
It is the presence of a proud Father oh his child's achievment. So what's bad in it, if he is PM.
if you become a BIG MAN someday, and your son/daughter achieve , would you mind moving to that place ? Each and every father must visit and encourage his children on each and every big day of his/her career.
