There are hundreds of reasons for UPA not to face Loksabha. They can be haunted by cash-for-confidence vote scam. Amarnath debacle, sethusamudram debacle, SIMI ban lifting debacle are going to be pain in the neck of UPA. And Monsoon is also not so great in many parts of the country would make price rise, inflation etc big issues. And anyway they dont care for Parliament either, all they cared was to purchase enough votes in parliament to keep govt running. Now till budget they wont like to face Parliament. They have their stooge Somnath as the speaker so they can do anything they want.
