Baloney.

What the author says is farfetched.

US congress won't care about the status of the govt's majority or Minority. Why should they be concerned?

Besides, It is unlikely that UPA will have to prove majority twice in matter of a month.

It does hv to prove majority. But it may b defeated in any voting, which US will not like. Though US is not bothered about democracy anywhere in the world (it mostly supports dictators, who r US puppets), but at least it is better not to b seen as being with a minority govt.
