All the powerful nations know that even if the deal is not through, India's development can't be contained. Without other countries help also India will become an economic power. Only thing the pace will be slightly slower. So all the NSG countries and the US congress if not in this year, but coming years will budge. India should have the patience. Ultimately nature will take its own course. Lets be positive. Vante Mataram!
