Which rights r u talking about. Dont u hav this little bit sense that when the yatra was being conducted smoothly for the last 130 years even during the peak militancy years then why the problem now. Ask the yatris if they hav any problem. Dont fall in the trap of the politicians. BJP is working for its votes nothing else.
