Yes, Mr Modi can recruit, VHP, RSS, Bajrang dal and other groups for such intelligence gathering. These people will dictate and interefere with police and other govt agencies. One can imagine the result. What a good idea.

Modi's writ does not run in India only - Gujarat. Inspite of knickerwallah claims the death toll in Ahmedabad (54) and Bangalore (1) tell the tale how effective Modi really is. Surat was hilarious - bombs planted, defused, replanted and even Modis cavalcade crossed over a bomb!
It looks to me very much a description of a state (Gujarat) in internal conflict - a failed state.

Bommbs started getting stuffed after 2002, where in the state and central govt. participated in the riots. He has brought the country to the correct position in line with the terror problem faced by US and UK. So we are now at par with the developing countries.

Terrorist can attack anywhere because our centre(UPA) soft policy for terrorist, our home minister always saying after terrorist strike elsewhere, that inteligence were provided but state govt did not act, when gujarat police went for encounter killings of terrorist then CM is projected as "maut ka saudagar" and the same UPA project terrorist as being innocent common man, the dirty politics of UPA against commonman can be clearly seen Modi (is the only Iron Man) will react but u can see this UPA govt will again critise him and project terrorist as common humanbeing .
