that is what RSS want. That is probably the only way it can create a Hindu Rashtra. By Partitioning India into hundreds of parts and then keeping one part with it, consisting of all upper castes. That will be Hindu Rashtra. That is the dream of RSS!

(they call it as Laboratory but what they have done there is exactly one does in Lavatory);
