There is no proper Police & Intelligence setup in Gujrat, but why to care when there is a easy way out by blaming all untoward happenings in the state on Manmohan Singh & POTA.

I agree , there is no proper Police and Intelligence setup. Even our forensic laboratories are not well setup like other countries where forensic evidence is key to prosecution of the culprits.

The Iorn Man could not stop the attack on parliment- He is now advicing Manmohan sing on the role of Central Intelligence !
