PM is keeping open the option to blame it on external factors if the N-Deal doesn't go through or doesn't work out for India. This PM and his govt. has always been taking credit for good work initiated by past govt, but looking for excuses, even blaming past govt for all the woes. He has even dumped his mentor PVN to take credit of his economic reforms and also to please his present boss. He has no achievements of his own in past four years, except for saving his chair.
