India will never sign NPT and CTBT. India is a big country in the class of China. It can not afford to sign NPT etc. Indian nuclear bomb is a must for regional and global peace. The japanese will understand this in course of time.

Nuclear deal of MM Singh and his Italian master is the pretext of signing the NPT and CTBT. MM Singh is the agent of USA, and western nations. He was promised to decorate with hundreds of honorary degrees from western universities. India go to the hell, his personal honor is important. Defeat and dismantle Congress monarchy, if Bharat want to be a powerful nation.
