the learnned supreme court should take suitablecorrective actions instead of passing the buck and blaming the politicians. the present judiciary should remember that the freedom of the country was achieved by a group of learned baristers and vakils who sacrifised all their positions,wealth&health,without thinking about the returns other than the well being of the nation.they never thout of secularalism nor of votes,positions ,or crores. infact most of them gave their crores for the cause.they never thought of the crores they could get by doing a one legged dance.JAIHIND!

Are you under a haze of opium ? to whom did the judiciary pass the buck ? when the lawmakers, whom you elect, passes laws which protect them from Judicial punishment, what can the judges do ? Even when we had Judges of the highest calibre, the politicians could hardly be touched, so how can they ever be brought to justice ? Even the most powerful man, George Bush, was helpless when his daughter was arrested by a ordinary traffic cop. In India, Lalu's daughter slapped someone in Kerala and the brave mallus, started crying and killing each other !
