it is abundantly clear that india is ungovernable. there are few optiions left.(1)let the military take over, or (2) let the country disintegrate into small independent states.

Let the underworld take over. Then we pay only "Goonda Tax" and no other. Every mothers son will then fall in line and we will prosper.
On a serious note, the chief justice was right.. No one can save this country.
