Let the SC judges do their job failry & properly before commenting others.
They slam TN CM for holding a bandh against SC rules and threatening him to arrest. Are these fellows sleeping when 1. BJP/CPI calling bandhs in their ruling states against inflation/Amarnath row etc., 2. When karnatka shows scant respect for SC verdict in Cauvery issue etc.,
The latest is Delhi high court lifted the ban on SIMI !! Even God cannot save this country from terrorism !!!

SC could take an action against Karunanidhi because there was a complaint filed against him. SC cannot take action if no one complains.
