Look at the stmt of this official, he will do nothing till a complaint is made, if u are being murdered, police will do nothing till u give it in writing !! He does not feel it is his job to provide a correct list, he will provide anything, people have to compain if they want.

This is India dear a 3rd world country and to remain such for another 20 years atleast. Here nothing is automatic.
