when they have failed to file their response to the SCs notice, further time should not have been granted and they should have been issued with non-bailable arrest warrant. They people would have reposed the lost faith on SC. Onceagain the Highest court of the land has shown its true colour.
Taking the UPA statement that Lord Rama himself has damaged the bridge, why cant the same rule apply to Babri masjid where no prayer was being held and as per Islamic testament, where prayer is not held, that place should not be construed as Masjid. Will UPA allow construction of Sree Ram Temple there? Successive governments at Centre have taken for granted the Hindu's tolerance and have misused to their benefits giving them ever ending torture and trouble. Let them not underestimate the Hindus power. Hindus are like a wounded lion and retaliation will be fatal and unreconcilable.

You are right, when you say Non-bailable warrants should have been issued straight away, rather than giving them time to file their reply and in the mean time twist and turn the laws to favour them.
But when it comes to demolishing the historical buildings and constuctions, be it a of Hindu Mythology or of Any other religion, the sanctity should be maintained.
We cannot let that happen to any religion, all the political leaders create so much of misunderstandings in the name of religion, b'coz that's the only way we people come together. In the name of politics we care less. but in the name of religion, we leave everything and are on the streets. How many of these politicians have ever even received any BRUISE also when fighting for any religion.
All these are just a gimmick to divide us people so that they can enjoy.
when Babri Masjid was demolished so many of Indians (all Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, etc...) died but HOW MANY POLITICIANS did even receive a bruise? Think of it. If you can give one name who was attacked, then talk of being partisan.
The politicians are all of the same, be it any party. (Congress, BJP, CPI or any other)

I do fully agree with you but the people of India are so obssessed with politics and cinema that, it is next to impossible to bring them to reality. They do not bother about their unwed sisters or ailing mothers. They are more worried about why Rani is not married and Ash not delivered baby. See the latest trend in Hollywood. Angelena new born babies (twins) photo has been given publishing rights for a few million dollars. The mind set has been well studied and few take advantage and the one in the front runner are politicians.
I have not justified the demolition of Babri but what lead to the action has to be noted. Everyone cry Godra and Modi is branded as communal. What made the incident blow out of proportion? What was the prime cause? When muslims takes to streets after Saddam assassination and destry properties, the government is silent and does not condemn whereas they raise for Godra and rake up time and again and rekindle the minds of muslims. Gandhi was the main culprit to press for partition of the country and we hail him as father of the nation. How many muslims recognise him for creating Pakistan? Touch heart None.
When educated people themselves cannot analyse the capacity of politicians what to talk about illeterate and tribals?
