Can the same court issue a warrant to all the Karnataka CM's for not implementing the cauvery tribunal award? Why only target Tamilians always? Let the supreme court issue arrest warant and see the people's response.

yes. that is the story of india as administered by New Delhi. Different laws for people from different parts of the land. I wonder if Sharad pawar, bal takeray etc will even be admonished let alone arrested ?
