With due respect to Mr.Karunanidhi, a senior political leader and a revolutionary in his young days, I fail to understand why anyone from Tamil Nadu has so far failed to file a case against him for practicing bigamy, which is unlawful in India.

A case for bigamy can only be filed by either of the wives...now you know why not only MK but any of the other bigamy offenders (Dharamendra etc etc) are roaming free

No. A PIL can always be filed for publicly encouraging an unlawful act. After all Mr.Karunanidhi is the C.M of a state.
