there are thousand of illegal abortions doing by dr. they can also use their services. I am not able to understand why the couple approached to court, although they are lucky they got hearing else they have to wait for another 20 yrs.

They would have been law abiding citizens of this country. After this judgement, they would no more adhere to the stupid back dated laws of this country.

Any length of time as per their choice. It is their baby; they shud have their own choice to have it or not.

Of course it is always difficult to draw bright lines in the sand between fetus and baby or between child and adolescent or between a young man and a middle aged man. Do you therefore think these concepts are meaningless? Will you also say with a straight face that you're still a child because there was no one day when you suddenly grew up?
