I am with the parents, if they have a doubt and if it is medically proven than they have the right, but the point, they are in India, why the hell did they go to courts, come on guys, arent there better places to get it sorted out ? come now dont tell me that illegal obortions dont take place any more !!

You can argue if the judgement is right or wrong but to say why didn't they go for illegal abortion is tragic. You are not alone in thinking like that. We as a country will never be a great country of law.

Great thinkining. If you are living in another country abide by the law and if you are living in India going to court is uncalled for.
