People say...

Most people here say "if the child is...". Whenever you use "If" that means you don't know for sure. We are all born with uncertainities and nobody can predict the future with certainity. So how can you terminate a baby this late when the doctors see no abnormalities?

The article says...
A committee of doctors appointed by the J J Hospital dean however stated that "the findings observed do not have substantive significance to resort to termination of pregnancy".
