Weather the child is inside or outside, healthy or unhealthy, its the responsibility the of parents to take care of their own flesh and blood with life in it.Afterall no one goes to court asking for permission to kill their own child.Parenting is not a matter of convinience.

For a moment let us keep aside the sufferings of the parents....have u ever thought how much suffering the little baby would have to undergo after its birth. It is a wrong decision.

See thats where you dont get it. You say CHILD, but its called foetus..foetus means not a baby yet...thats the point of the appeal..its not human...evolutionary stage does not call it a baby or human.
ITs not a child that being killed...as long as its not a child...or a baby or for that matter living breathing on its own...
I agree with a CHILD ..but as long as people call it a foetus..termination should be legal...OR Else call it a baby for crying out loud! (! was not meant for the above poster..was meant for the overall topic)
