Not a correct judgement at all.

In the above said case parents should be given rights to chose whether they should give birth to child or not.

Although it should not be made a common practise but with consultation of medical & judicial authorities it should be allowed.

The consequences will be terrible.

Justice Khandeparkar observed "It is the job of the legislature to help you alter the provision. We cannot legislate the provision," my foot.

Is the court going to provide them all the financial help required throughout their future.....??? Is the court going to compensate for their mental torcher they will face throughout their life.....??? Is the court going to provide that child a good future.....???

The answer is NO. They just made a decision and ruined 3 lives. Im sure after this that couple wont dare to have another child.

I can't understand the law which is ready to destroy 3 lives to save one who is not even born......???

Black day in the history of High court.

Completely agree with you sir. This is a very bad judgement. These justice makers are not understanding the practicality of the situation when the child would come out. Who would help the couple to bring up the child when its so difficult for even a perfect child to be brought up and survived in this society. All those against abortion are responsible for India's population explotion and India's poverty and underdevelopment. Above that, this court judgement has only supported their wishes. With such sort of sytem around India will always remain an underdeveloped and poor country. The life of a child or person even with a little handicap is worser than animals, imagine the life of a person with serious disorders, and now the court and the govt. wants such children to come to this world and suffer. Can the govt. or the court give assurance of the child will be brought up and treated free. The child will be killed everyday after birth. My sympathies with the couple.

I am 100% agree with you. There will be no future of this child. Yes, we must think practically. Parents will have more child in future.....but if this child takes birth....he/she will suffer a lot.
