The main thing is when, why and how. Is Congress started it just before yatra to begin (May 2008) for vote-bank politics in coming election. PDP was not in good relation after transfer of power. It got reason to plug-out. It may has eye on election. New equation or alliance may come. Was Azad right for the post? Nothing is heard from Dr. Karan Singh.
