The whole incident needs to be investigated in an unbiased manner. The guilty and those responsible for the death of so many innocents should be punished. Looks like there was no proper arrangement to control such a big crowd.

Your right, there should be stricket controls and those controls need to be enforced strickly no matter what to avoid such catas.. in fututres.
