Some nations should mean what they say, simple verbose loosen credibility. If you love some one.ideology,friends, whatever, you need to prove it by acts.

Your views is not up to the mark you said that Pak do not want make angry Uncle Sam, inspite this you can use word Uncle Sam will be happy when PAK will show a fake support of fight against the terrorism. Here US will provide more and more arms and ammunition to them but US also provide Urenium for Neuke bomb by back door. So Uncle Sam is cunning person and he knows that when he will leave his post before that make US strong in this region. Uncle Sam already using Indian PM for their benefit and everybody knows that all countries who wants to take disadvantage from India must pass Indian case ASAP.

Not necessarily. you can use words to buy time and then attack gureilla style hit it from within before it knows what hit it to bring a giant to its bloody knees. smart strategy.
