i think ..u don't knew the true situation.....let me explain u....
he land is given for a noble cause.....to facilitate yatris...and to provide .basic amnieties to them..,,,and moreover it is a religious issue also....why kashmiris sre raising the issue of it is headed by governer.......
is this land is of any use for kashmiris...??...they have thrashed kashmiri hindus out of the valley...and now they are trying that no hindu should visit shrines...in kashmir...
kashmir is a part of india....and governer is also a citizen of inda....so there is left no issue........
it was a forest land and moreover it is not somoone' personal property ..the land belongs to india.......
another pt. is that pre independence...the whole J &k is the personal property of raja hari singh (dogra ruler)...and this was the reason- why there was no slavery in j&k....
the land is given to a trust only for a lease.....like various other lands given by govt....it was not permanently given..,,,,...the land on lease is also given in various parts of j&k... for making flats to real estate companies...and many others..... ,,------but then no issue was raised....-------the onlu thing is that kashmiris don't like hindus in kashmir
how can govt. fall to the demand of anti natinatinal elements who are raising pakistini flags in kashmir, pakistan zindabad but the whole jammu which is united inspite of any religion-where people are raising indian flags & bharat mata ki jai...are brutually laticharged for p

isn't it a shame that indian army would shoot down the hindu citizens? there will be no justice for the hindus in kashmir unless kashmir is divided into two parts. the 100 sq miles islamic valley and the rest. 100 square miles of muslims can not be allowed to rule the rest.

excuse me...we are not in favour of partition of india..it is a shameful act...but j&k should be divided into 2 states-jammu & kashmir,,,but that hindus can get their rights who are facing atroticities due to govt. pro kashmir policy..
