We have become habitual of blaming ISI for each and everything. ISI is responsible for all the plots being hatched against India, then what is our Indian Intelligence agency called RAW (is it right) doing ? does it really exist or just on paper ? Why RAW is not capable of checking ISI activities in India ? Are we inferior to Pakistan in matters of secret intelligence ?

There is a lot of difference, around 14% of indians are actually pakistani. How many indians are there in pakistan?

RAW is a spy agency from what is known publicly. ISI is the wing of Pakistani army which is into sabotage and terrorism in neighboring countries. ISI has the best and brightest of Pakistani army and they run ISI- well trained in warfare. RAW is a more cerebral force which can detect enemy actions and build strategy which may or may not get implemented. Most RAW chiefs have been gentlemen who have been IPS officers - and hence are not into waging war which ISI indulges in.

Most RAW agents are double agents, as in they work for another highest bidder too. If politicians and govt. officials can so openly accept bribe money, what stopping secret agents from secretly taking money?
