The president of India was not at the site. A police inspector found the bomb, defused on site. Why speculate and go for all these conspiracy theories? Plus how do you know a perimeter was not already established? Quite clearly you have an agenda.

Besides it depends on who your teacher is. I only know of one clan which has made an art of memorizing one book, all this by force. Fitting news in some imaginative is not thinking. There are doctors to treat this condition.
