This is absolute death knell for BJP. Everyone was projecting that BJP will win with flying colors this elections. Unfortunately, BJP cannot replicate Gujarat anywhere else, atleast in the south. The budget and farmer loan sanctions and OBC reservations have put BJP candidates to rest among key voting communities. These Congress men are pros in elections and BJP need to learn more. Good luck next time! I am sure, there will be an outcry in this forum, but the majority of the voting community (farmers, Dalits, poor, and such) dont decide their votes just based on religion! Other incentives matter too!

so there conspiracy theories again! IBN working with congress to release an opinion poll to increase votebank, or congress wooing to the Muslims against Hindus for votes, I cant see when these will become extinct. I agree with the reliability of the poll based on less samples. However, the political events leading up to the elections, dont seemt o suggest otherwise, but a fallout for BJP.

Facts remain facts.IBN has failed. Hopefully they fail again & its our civic duty to boost the right polity.BJP has not been given a fraction of public sympathy compare to what congis have received despite being anti national party.So lets cheer BJP up as much as possible.Even if they loose we should keep on trying since people are misinformed a lot.

The poll by CNN-IBN along with Deccan Herald and CSDS took opinions of over 5,124 registered voters across the state on their voting preference if "elections were to take place tomorrow."

Why do you want to accept a defeat so soon? Of course congis are good at it.They had a long history of cheating & corruption.But once they are exposed they disappear.Gujarat is a shining example.
It is an uphill battle for BJP, accepted. Still we should be proud that at least BJP is trying for the sake of nation.Otherwise Nehruvians would have sold the country a long time ago.
