This is why Indian business need to treat apneey employees as their own family before they get destroyed by videsh business. Bhagwaad kooha follow khaareey, let them/us grow jhiis tharaha yeeha eikh doosreey kheey help khaar kheey. Yeeha employee and employer kaaha relationship wrong hein. If employee can do something better on his own without hurting employer, the employee should encourage him.
