Its wrong to club the entire north indians as rapists..If u have been closely following news rape cases have also been reported in GOA,KERALA,MUMBAI....Fact is that we Indians have become morally bankrupt...Everything we look and do today is through the prism of sex...The influx of western culture has simply wiped out all the moral cover we had...If u air Fashion TV and make films like Nishabd,Murder do u expect this figure to go down...Most of the Delhi elite schools r selling sex in the form of micro mini uniforms...Decency in clothing is missing and that is sufficient to shake a bachelor's mind...I strongly believe that India too needs a Taliban type of law which can forbid all indecent and vulgar display of flesh...Delhi is no doubt epicenter of moral erosion...If u walk with ur parents to India Gates in evening u can find urself in an ackward position as many couples indulge in vulgar display of love...In Delhi and most of the metros girls change their bfs more often than their clothes....Please stop crying that rapes and molestations are increasing...U cannot reform society unless u reform urself

OK - so your contention is that if girls change their "bf" often, then rape is ok...?? Dude - if you can't control yourself, then don't go out.. don't give me this excuse of "decency in clothes is missing" - what are you - an animal that you have no control.. Here's a suggestion - stay at home and jerk off - maybe that'll give you some release - rather than trying to go out and rape someone...
