In Saudi Arabia, any theft, rape and any such incident are condenmned and punished in public. Either their hands, eyes and legs are normally chopped off. In some situations they are sentenced to deadth in public. All such rapists should be killed that way. If few get punished that way, then no one dares to do it in their entire life time. Any other kind of punishment cannot bring change into the society. I hope something like this comes very soon in India as well.

Everybody wants a Bhagat Singh to lead our country. But everybody also wants it should be from the family of our neighbours. Do not wait. Be a Bhagat Singh. Our country and countrymen are trapped by our politicians.
