The Indian judicial system should be changed atleast to these cases, considering the raping of very young minor girls (that too horrible to heard that 2 and half years old child), that the punishment should be severe.. Just like the punishment given in Arab countries.. Then only the crime will come down.. I can't understand that how that guys will think over like that towards a baby..
That guys should be punished severely.. They should not be escaped from the law just like that by paying fine or spending jail terms by 2 or 3 years.. This is my humble request..
