Crimes r not connected to political.Be it BJP or Congress parties .It is bcozof peoples mindset that rapes take place.I think It is Bcoz of vulgarity of our films that crimes against women are increasing.Ban on obsceneand vulgar films,strigent laws can control the situation to some extent.We never stop our ladies from wearing semi-nude clothes but only blame society when we r also part of it.We r ourselvesresponsible for the situation.Thanx

Sex education is also very important.. because it can lead people to realize how heinous a crime rape is, and how badly it affects a victim, both physically and mentally.. And the very 'right and wrong' of the whole issue.
It would at least make someone think twice before committing rape..
** It is also ridiculous how our society condemns a rape victim more than they condemn the criminal. It's insane, it smacks of the lack of basic civilized education and how unfair life is. A rapist ought to be hanged to death, instead of a rape victim being ostracized and shunned by soceity.
