We are now living in a civilized society (at least on paper). So we cannot implement such punishments like those who ruled the ancient Greece!
Chemical castraction seems to be more effective than the cruel punishment prescribed by you.

None of them can come back and save the women of our country. Why can't the living creatures like the Super PM, the President, Delhi CM, Ms. Sushma Swaraj, Ms. Renuka Choudhary, Ms. Vrinda Karat and such assorted worthes not do an ything for the betterment of women in our country?
