Nothing can be done. Because as the population will be increasing, the number of rape and molestation cases will be increasing. So nothing can be done. Administration can't deploy police in each home. Only girls/women have to be alert and they need to take precautions. In most cases, girls provoke the men to molest them. And, once they are found, they say this is the case of rape. So girls don't blame to men all time. Of course, it's true that if the minor is raped, it is really a serious matter. And, the law should be very hard as much as police in case of minor is raped. What you guys say!!!

It's really shameful that you're saying nothing can be done. Book these culprits and hang them immediately. Come back and ask me after a few months if the number of rapes dont fall down. The reason crime rate is going up in Delhi is because most people there have political connections and they have lots of influence over police,law etc. Because Delhi houses all the powerful politicians, such incidents happen where the culprits think they can get away with it easily. Dont say nothing can be done as though its a natural disaster. It's being done by morally corrupt human beings and they can and must be stopped.

if such a law id made, it would be misutilised grossly. we have very strict laws in place but laxity on part of the police and delayed justice to the victim are at the helm.

Because of people like you this country cannot progress. Just sitting and blaming other people or cursing other people wont help anything. England and USA were not strong, they have made themselves strong by working hard. We need to learn something from them. Nothing drops from the sky as it is, you have to work hard to make it successfull
