Delhi has always been a leader in eve teasing and molestation. There are other crowded cities in the country, but yet, eve teasing and molestation in Mumbai has been much less than that in Delhi. It speaks very lowly about how a particular group/community respects women. Now the people of Delhi have got bolder (for wrong reasons) and gone on to lead the country in rapes, not just molestation and eveteasing.

i second ur thoughts. delhi folks dont mingle with the poor folks like mumbaikars do. they keep a distance from folks who r not up there in the social strata. in mumbai offices, staffers mingle easily with the canteen boy, joke with him, etc. but a north indian will keep a safe distance. ego stops him. i hate delhiites.
