Completely impractical solution. We are not living in the dark ages. The problem is not men or women but the law makers and implementors (police). We need to straighten these. Make tougher laws giving harsher punishment and for god's sake, hope the police will implement them strongly.

More than tough laws my friend some good moral values can do the job. We do not have to make our country as the western country, our moral belief are so strong that we just need to follow them, thats the culture and religion of the India
