Female in Delhi leave no chance to display their flesh.. No wonder delhi's the rape capital.. female are not saints here

dear mr. anonymous...if u hv read the report carefully, it says that majority of the rapes are committed in jj clusters and slums......now what expectations u have from the poor girls for having a chance to display flesh...do they do it deliberately or is this bcoz of their poor financial position

Congress and BJP cannot develop a good country. We need good leaders, good political parties and good cadres to do the same.
