Sarabjit is a hot potato for Pakistani government like our man Afzal Guru. You can't hang him and you cannot keep him alive without some serious ramifications. I can bet a 100 bucks Sarabjit will never be hanged.

it means I will give you 100 bucks for every 1 rupee you put on table. so if you put 1000 bucks - if you win , you get 1 lakh and if I win I get only 1000 bucks. 100 times what you put in.
