Language issue
by Raghu on Apr 29, 2008 10:12 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

Dividing the country based on language has turned out to be bad enough. Some people are bent upon creating further rift by raising non issues and periodically arranging agitations, blackening boards put up at a great cost by hiring urchins and getting publicity. Age, awards or education has made no difference in their attitude. It does not bring any credit to these old people if they go in the track of politicians.
Parents are quite intelligent these days even in villages and put their children in schools which they can afford and learn a few languages that make them employable. Every child cannot become a Kannada litterateur or software professional!
