Nandan nileknei, Azim Premji and all these blokes who propser in Karnataka but dont employ Kannadigas. This is cheating of kannadigas. If they want to employ only tamilians let them go set up business in madras.

By the way, there goes a joke, about the T20 WC final.. where SS held the catch of Misbah.. It seems that Misbah was unaware of this law- "Wherever you go, you will find a Mallu" (words to that effect1)!! :D

Skilled workers are hard to find. And skill is not seen from behind linguistic glasses. Even so, most companies have a policy to give preference to the local, if two people have the same skill set. The only unskilled and still hired people I have come across are the Mallus.. They have a tremendous capability of networking, and are hugely biased towards one of their kin!
