A trip on the Bangalore roads in a non-A/c car nowadays is an example of global warming showing its ugly head. Had the politicians taken pre-emptive moves when the electronic city was booming, Bangalore would not have reached such a pathetic state. More fuel is burnt at traffic junctions than in actual traffic movement between destinations in peak hours.
