This is not a news.Bangladeshis who have entered India illegally also get voting rights,ration cards etc.This is the result of corruption in implementing authorities.In Assam there were two Muslim majority districts in 1947 but today there are about 9 to 10 districts with Muslim majority.Many Senior Army, Police and Intelligence Officers have cautioned the Government but Vote Bank Politics is the root cause of deliberately overlooking this reality.What can an honest Tax Payer expect from this so called secular govt.?

This idiot government sits with hands on hands, They should profile each Jammu Kashmir resident and have mandatory registration of all the people of this Indian state. No planning these people have, go to each village and atleast have people registered as an Indian ciitizens before new terrorist come and live there, atleast it will be helpful for the search of millitants.

First of all the kashmiris do not vote for any government. Secondly the security agencies have been voting or making the people to vote under pressure. Now it will be an intresting tussle security agencies Vs militants... atleast the election commision can be proud to see some sort of turnout hahahaah...elections in kashmir are a farce

the Hindus have themselves to blame for these problems..they are always interested in vote bank policies and then scream minorities minorities are the one who is to blame....what an sad people..the hindus have BJP/RSS to be blamed for these problems as they are the natural leaders who have taken the position of their saviour...if the hindus stop cross border migrations then they wont make much money..so infact the indians are making money by selling their own motherland to islamic terrorists..this is next to natural for any hindu..to sell his motherland for profit..this is the sole hall mark of every hindu..complacency..even at the cost of trading or swapping ones own motherland..i have been seeing these dirty people allowing bangladeshis and pakis settle down in the entire moth east...what an sad people..what an country filled with anti-nationals
